There are so many smart and successful women that will have a very difficult time actually getting their guy because they think it's supposed to look a certain kind of way. And the way that they think about this is that if it looks that way then it means that I will be accepted by my tribe. Generally, that's family and friends. We're always trying to create status as humans and as individuals and we're trying to always impress our friends and our family. Here's the thing, you don't have to impress anyone. Actually, let me take that back. There are two people that I want you to be thinking about in terms of who I want. Who you. Who you should be actually impressing. One, it should be your 85 year old self and two, it should be your 5 year old self. Those are the only two people that I want you to be impressing. So forget your family and friends. It's going to look different than what you imagined and that's okay.
