Can you make a white man assertive after you get them? Well, first of all, you can't make anyone anything, especially a man. He is who he is. The thing about white men that are going to be with women of color is they're going to be a different kind of man, different kind of white man because when they do that they are going against any sort of social quote unquote norms that are out there. This is important to understand. So he might not subscribe to the toxic masculinity that you might be used to. And some of the men that you date doesn't mean that that man is wrong or bad or not enough. It just means that he's different. What, what I want to make sure that he has is the ability to advocate and protect you in the moments that you need it, especially as a woman of color who has to deal with micro and macro aggressions on a daily basis.
