A short YouTube monologue (by Anwar White) that introduces and advocates "Olympic dating": dating multiple men simultaneously (a "gold", "silver", and "bronze"). The speaker argues this strategy protects a woman’s heart, diversifies her "love portfolio," and motivates men to compete and show up, while urging viewers to deprogram cultural programming that emphasizes focusing on a single man.

Hello my loves. I hope you're doing well today. I wanted to talk about dating multiple men. I call it Olympic dating. You should have a gold medalist, a silver medalist and a bronze medalist at all times, right? Why do I ask this of my clients and what I'm sharing with you? Well, because I want you to protect your heart. I don't want you to have all your eggs in one basket. I want you to diversify your love portfolio. It also allows men to show up for you and not get comfortable because something is going to basically be flipped inside of him to know that he's got to compete and he's got to do the best that he can to win you. He is hardwired to do this so you are just really engaging what he naturally wants to do. I hope that this helps you because there's a lot of programming around focusing on one man and we have to deprogram ourselves.
Much love.
