The plus sized girls are the one that are shrinking the most.

The plus sized girls are the ones. The ladies that in my experience are playing the smallest. No shade girl. But if you got that size, you better take up that space. Own it. Own the space that you're Having also.

Girl. And this is not just for plus size, ladies. This advice is for every lady.

You are going to need to date the men that are obsessed with you, that like you. So many of us are trying to make fetch happen. We're trying to try to get the guy that isn't checking for us. Girl, we got. We got some sort of.

Sadomasochistic something, girl. Right where we just want. We want somebody to reject us. Girl, you got a rejection king.

Yeah. The guys that aren't taking you seriously, you want to chase them, don't do that, girl. This is how things become very difficult.

Okay? I'm tired of it. And this one, I'm speaking up on it, girl. Because a lot of you all are making dating really hard and literally. And this is the gag. And this is what I want you all to know as well, because a lot of the girls aren't telling you this, but this is important if you're going to have your roster.

If you want a chase girl. Okay? So, you know, if you follow me, you know I'm always about Olympic dating, which means that you need to have a gold medalist, a silver medalist, and a bronze medalist.

One of those guys. It's kind of like. Like applying to college. One should be a reach, One should be a reach once. One should be on your level, and one should be a safety, not a safety, as in you're settling a safety as a guy that you're obsessed with, and you're going to see if things warm up or not. A lot of you all are not giving the safety, the guys that are living for you a chance because.

You'Re not, like, physically attracted to them right now or you think you're better than them.

You need to literally diversify and talk to all of this. This is how you gain a roster and the roster. It's a game changer. Olympic dating is a game changer. So.

The guy that you feel like, oh, we could kind of be a good match, your stretch.

And then also in your roster, the safety guy, not because you might marry him, but it is important to have that experience of a guy that you don't really like as much because. Because you. It's important to have the experience of a guy really courting you and doing everything for you and being obsessed with you.

Should I continue to date him if I'm not really attracted to him? He's sweet. Yes. Date him for two to three weeks and see if the attraction increases. If you learn how to be emotionally available and connected more than half the time, your attraction will increase to this guy. But if you are not working on that, the attraction won't increase.

So give it two or three weeks. If it increases, continue to engage. If not, you got to cut it off. Okay.

Tall, skinny gamers, black and Hispanic men, older men and men that are half your size. No shade.

Don't let him go, girl. If he has those calluses right there on his thumbs, girl, that's your man. Girl.

Oh my God, you're going to do this business. How can I help? What can I do? Okay, you want me to set up for this event? Okay, let me do that. Because I want you to win. He's got to want you to win.

A no shake, girl. The real, the real MVP is when he wants you to win more than you want yourself to win. That's the, that's your husband. Most guys aren't like that though, because most guys are very self centered because they're focused on their own self actualization. But the husbands are, they're already together. They're already on their.

They want you to win.

There's a difference there.

It's like, you know those girls in your friend group that give, give you all of the advice but they never actually have a life to need advice about. He's already lived his life. He's traveled. His job is where it needs to be, all of that. And now he just wants to give to you.

And so I want to offer to you that, like, it is your job to be able to, one, obviously, understand your body, but two, be able to let go and have a level of ease to your body, to your mind, to your spirit.

On your own. So you don't need that to get to that level to get to that place where you are open and free and flowing.

So I wanted to offer that because I know a lot of the girls out here will want that because it allows them to get to a place that they can get to on their own.

That you're using D to relax you, and you need to find relaxation in other ways.

So I wanted to offer that because some of us are using it as a badge of honor. And what you're telling me is that you're stressed the out and you don't know how to have control over your life.

Girl. Someone said, what's the obsession? The obsession is that they want to feel fit, feminine around these tall men. And that's your job. Your job is to feel feminine. A man can't make you feel feminine. It has to come from inside of you. And I know it's like, ironic coming from a very gay man, but I've been doing this work for a very Long time. And it really does come from you.

They have to be very, very vetted.

Like very stringent. I'm talking like Stanford, Harvard. Barely anybody's getting through.
