Yeah, There are moments where we lose ourselves, and I think it's important to understand where those moments are so that we don't repeat the patterns, literally, in my course, what we are doing right now is understanding what our top patterns are and also forgiving ourselves. We grew up in a strict Christian household, and many of the times we were starting to date in maybe later high school or colle. Whereas the. The white girls were dating when they were in fifth grade. They got 10 years on you, girl. So I can understand when it feels like high school again or early twenties again.
