A short YouTube monologue by dating coach Anwar White arguing that average testosterone levels are rising in women and falling in men. The speaker attributes these shifts to lifestyle and diet (women) and sedentary behavior, gaming, recreational drugs, and diet (men), and claims this hormonal shift makes masculine/feminine energy balances more similar (e.g., 60/40 instead of 90/10), complicating dating because it's harder to find complementary partners. The clip ends with a call-to-action offering a free consultation to learn dating strategies for this "new normal."

Hey, girl. I want to talk about something that is making dating crazy complicated and difficult, and no one's really talking about it, okay? So I want to talk about testosterone. And no, I'm not talking about guys who can't keep it in their pants. I'm actually talking about the fact that on average, the testosterone level of women are actually increasing. And on average, the testosterone level in men is decreasing. What does that mean for women? It means that their lifestyle, their diet is creating some of these fibroid PCOS and infertility issues, right? And if you've spoken to any of your girlfriends, you know, at least many of your girlfriends have had those issues. For men, the reason why this is happening is because their lifestyle is more sedentary, right? So if they're sitting down at work all the time, if they are, like, on their computers, if they are playing a lot of video games, if they are, like, in doing a lot of recreational drugs and obviously diet, these are the things that are actually decreasing their testosterone. Why am I talking about this? I'm not a scientist, but I am a dating coach. And in dating, what is important is that the testosterone is the thing that actually drives the masculine energy. So everyone has masculine and feminine energy. Historically, men have been like 90% masculine, 10% feminine energy, and now we're all like 60, 40, right? Whether it's masculine or feminine energy or 70, 30. So it's actually easier to find your clone, someone that's just like you. It's harder to find your complement when it comes to the masculine and feminine energy. And so that is why it is very difficult for you to find your person, because it's not as easy as it was before. You saw a guy, you knew that he was fully in his masculine energy. Now you see a guy, you don't know what he's doing. Is he going to come up to you? Is he not going to come up to you? Is he at 90% masculine energy? Is he at 50 or 60% masculine energy? That is why things are so complicated. It's all hormonal and it's all testosterone.
