Short video by dating coach Anwar White addressing whether people must change to find love. He says some change is necessary but warns against losing one’s identity (e.g., becoming a caricature); instead recommends identity-preserving changes in thinking and behavior. He promotes a related podcast episode for deeper guidance.

One of the major questions I get is, do I have to change to find love? And the answer is yes, but not in the way that you think that you need to change. I think sometimes people change in a way that actually loses their identity, where they get super girly or ditzy or become the funny clown girl when you're really not that girl. There are other ways to do this that are actually identity gaining and that identity losing. So if that is something that you're interested in, I want to invite you to check out my podcast episode that just got published yesterday about how to change in a way that's going to serve you and help you get to your love goals as quickly as possible. So check out my podcast. It's called the get yout Guy Coaching Podcast. And I want to hear what you think about it. Right. I want to also offer that you don't need to change who you are, but you may need to change how. How you think and how you show up in the world. All right, much love to you. Bye.
