Short monologue (YouTube) exploring whether a 'perfect man' exists for an individual. Speaker argues no one is perfect; instead, the right partner is one who supports personal growth—creating safety and acting as a spiritual partner—and may not match one’s usual 'type'.
Why does the perfect man exist?
No one is perfect.
And what I think I want you, you all to think about is.
Does the perfect man for me exist based on my journey and the self development and growth that I need to do?
Right.
And that means that the guy actually doesn't have to be perfect, but he has to be perfect for your growth.
Yeah. Which means that he needs to help you create a safe environment so that you can grow and be a spiritual partner for you. That's why oftentimes I have to lovingly nudge my clients toward men that are actually going to help them in their growth. Because it doesn't look like what it's supposed to look like. It's not part of my pattern. It's not my type. Your type is not your type. Yeah. So.
