Has anyone ever doubted themselves when it came to dating? Like, not knowing what the right decision was? Should I do this? Should I do that? Well, I want to offer to you that it's really because you may not know the difference between your intuition and your trauma. And the way that I teach my dating clients how to spot the difference is your trauma will be painful when it comes up, it will create anxiety, whereas your intuition will be calming, peaceful, centering feeling that comes over you. And the best way to get into your intuition, because your intuition will never lead you astray, is to find your flow. And that's different for everybody, right? Sometimes your flow might come in the arts. Drawing, singing, painting, right? Other people might find their flow in athletic activities like running, basketball, whatever that may be. Or other people find their flow in connecting with other people, whatever that is. Continue practicing. Define your flow so that you're familiar with that intuition and that intuitive feeling, so that you know how to spot the difference.
