Hi, my name is Gabriela Rivas. I'm a UX designer and digital nomad. I'm originally from Los Angeles, California. I am 45 years old and I was single when I started this program. But now I am in a relationship with a great guy thanks to ANWR and the get yout Guy program.
Why I joined the program. Well, I joined the program because I was fed up with dating. I was dating the same type of guys and it never worked out. It was always super unpleasant. And I felt like shit.
After dating. And I knew that it couldn't be this hard. There had to be an easier way. And I felt like I was doing something wrong. And I knew I needed some help.
I'd given up on love and finding a guy. I was sad, I was lonely, and I was depressed. I found Anwar through another podcast that was okay, but he was a guest on there and I just really connected with what he said and I liked his personality a lot. So I started following him on Instagram and listening to his short clips there and like, reading his posts. And then I found his podcast and I would listen to his podcast weekly. And it was inspiring me to change, to reach out and get some help. It took me about a year to actually book the initial consult. And what finally did it was another disastrous attempt at a relationship with. With this guy that I met. And of course it didn't work out. So I just. I just reached a point where I said, no, I can't do this. I can't keep doing this. I have to change. Something has to change, and it probably is me. So, yep, I booked that console and that was the beginning of some wonderful changes in myself and in my life. My experience in the program was amazing. I can't say enough good things about ANWR and all the tools that he taught me in this program. It was a great experience. I received so much support from Anwar and the other ladies in the group. And Anwar is always there for you. You know, it took me a while to really reach out and connect to him, with him, because that's just how I am. But he's relentless in a great way. He will reach out and make sure you're okay. He wants to build a relationship with you, and he's teaching you how to have a relationship, a positive relationship with someone, and he's there for you at any hour. In the middle of the program. I ended up going, moving to Europe or at least traveling for many months.
And I met a guy.
In the Canary Islands. And Anwar was there for me during the crucial, like, first. First month or two.
Of the relationship. And he stressed that I could reach out at any time, and he was there, and he would answer, and he would help me through, you know, a couple little, you know, stressful moments that I had.
And, you know, that was really great.
I can't stress enough how much support I got from Amar during the process. And his dating strategy really works. It took me a while to really.
To follow the rules exactly. And when I finally did, that's when I met my guy.
So, yeah, it works. And what I learned in the program, I learned so much.
Anwar showed me so many tools that have changed my behavior and life in such a positive way. I learned how to be vulnerable, which was really, really hard for me. I didn't know how to talk about my emotions without being super dramatic and, like, pushing everybody away.
I learned how to talk about what I was feeling and, most importantly, why I was feeling that way. I learned how to ask for what I need from someone in a relationship in a positive way, and also in a loving way.
I learned how to set boundaries with my friends, with my family, with my work, with. In dating. I learned how to reframe negative thoughts.
And emotions. And most importantly, I learned that I'm the most valuable person in my life. I understand that even if a relationship doesn't work out, I have the tools to overcome any situation and keep going. So I have a lot more confidence in myself with how I relate to people.
And also with what I'm feeling, that my feelings are valid and there's a reason why I'm feeling a certain way. And would I recommend this program? I would, 100%. Yes. Yes. I would totally recommend this program, especially to anyone who feels dissatisfied with dating and their relationships and. Or even, like, if you don't have a lot of confidence in yourself and what you're feeling, maybe you've been told all your life that your feelings are invalid or that you're overreacting. Well, there's a reason for that. And I think Anwar really takes the time to get to know who you are and why you've become a certain way. And he digs deep. And it's hard at the beginning.
And there's a lot of work that goes into it, but it's 100% worth it. It's changed my life.
So thank you so much, Anwar.
