Short advice monologue for widows about rediscovering personal identity and preparing to date again. Speaker urges widows to re-establish themselves as living individuals through self-care, weekly pleasures, gifting themselves, and creating a new dating 'list' based on who they are now rather than who their late spouse was. Ends with a call-to-action to book a consultation for deeper work.

Antonella says. Any advice for widows? Starting today, one of the things that's going to be important is that you're going to have to find yourself in a new identity. Because right now your identity is a widow, a widower, and not as a woman. So first we have to. We have to do things to remind yourself that you're a full fledged living woman. Which means that you have to engage in things that you like, things that bring you pleasure on a weekly basis. You're going to have to give yourself gifts. You're gonna have to start to live right.
That's important. Once you're ready to date. One of the things that's going to be important is that you're going to have to understand, like, what your list is, what you're looking for. And this list cannot be basically what my husband was. It has to be different. It has to be based on who you are today, and you're different than who you were when you were in that relationship.
So something for you to think about and consider and marinate on. But if you want to do more of this work, get more in depth, book a consultation, call with me, start working with me so that we can really get this. This thing started.
