It matters. But the other thing that I want to offer especially for my darker skinned sisters out there is.
Gonna have to widen your net. A lot of my darker skin sisters are focused on black men because they think that the black men are going to appreciate the skin tone. Which y' all need to understand is that, honey, these white men might like you more than these black men will. No shade. So opening up your. I have a client who lives in the DMV area. She was hyper focused on, you know, black men. Girl, she widened her net. She's in the healthiest relationship she's ever been with been in is with a white guy. And she had to obviously navigate a lot of things that came up for her. But ultimately she's happy. So I want to offer that to anyone that maybe that is darker skinned and has hyper focused on just black men because I think like when you hype, when you actually open it up to everyone, you will 7x your chances.
