Short monologue (podcast-style/Youtube) delivering dating coaching on how women can exchange phone numbers with men without appearing “too masculine.” Key actionable advice: keep interactions short (a 10-minute rule), avoid monopolizing one man, either give your number at the end of the night or take his number if uncertain, and aim to speak with multiple men in one night. The speaker also references her podcast (“Get Your Guy Coaching Podcast”) and a past episode titled “Two Numbers, One Drink.”

Aaliyah said how to exchange numbers without coming off too masculine.
So I have a podcast episode, by the way, I have a podcast. Some people don't know that. It's called the get yout Guy Coaching Podcast. And what was it gonna say? Okay, exchanging numbers, not coming off masculine. So oftentimes what will happen is. And I did a podcast episode called Two Numbers, One Drink. Which means on that week, I was challenging the ladies on live, but also my clients to get two numbers and one drink that weekend.
And.
What I was telling the ladies is like, anytime you go out, you never want to talk to a guy for more than 10 minutes, right?
Why? Because if you're talking to him more than that, then all of the other guys in the room, wherever you are in the place, are going to think that, oh, he has her. So I can't even step to her, right? You got to keep it moving, girl. Bob and weave, girl. Bob and weave, honey. 10 minutes and then you're out. Okay? Don't do that all night thing.
So at the 10 minute mark, you want to be like, oh, my God, it was great chatting with you. I'm going to go back with my friends or I'm going to get another drink, or I'm going to go on the dance floor.
And at that point, just. You can. You can say two things. One, find me at the end of the night.
Right? And then at the end of the night, you can give them the number. Or at that. At that moment, at the 10 minute mark, you can be like, oh, my God, I love this conversation. I'm going to go with my friends, but why don't I give you my number and you can, yeah, text me sometime now. Give the number to the guys that you are feeling that are fine and you got good chemistry with, but if the guy's just so. So if he's mid. If he's mediocre, just take his number, girl. Just take his number. Okay.
Don'T. Because I know y' all are like, oh, I don't really. I don't know about him. Get a number, girl. Give. Just take his number. Let me have your number so that we can continue this conversation. Sometimes would start with. By saying, my God, I've had such a great time chatting with you. We have to continue at some time. Why don't I take your number and then we can. We can go from there.
Okay? If you are with a man for more than 10 minutes, girl, your whole night's over. You either have to marry the guy that you're talking to right then and there, girl or go home alone Acting, feeling like a fool no shade.
If you're out, you should be talking to at least three or four men.
