Dating coach Anwar White says women should stop saying "I don't know" and over-apologizing. Instead of "I don't know," say "let me marinate on that." These small language shifts prevent power imbalances and stop inviting toxic partners.

Over 10 years.
Hey, girl. I want to talk about the language.
That you're using and how it might.
Be hurting you from achieving your actual love goals. So first, let's talk about the girls.
That say, I don't know. Guess what? You do know. You have all of the answers inside of you.
All you need to do is give.
Yourself 10 or 15 seconds to actually, like, check inside and you will find your answers.
Please believe me.
I have been a dating coach for over 10 years, and what I've learned is that women at actually have all of the answers. You just are not giving yourself time to actually find it and access it within yourself. So stop saying I don't know instead of I don't know. Say, give me some time to marinate on that or let me get back to you on that, because you have the answer. When you say I don't know, you are telling the person that you're dating or that you're in a relationship with that you're not thinking and that you are not connected and tuned in with yourself, which allows toxic and narcissistic men.
To take control of you because they.
Think that you don't know who you are and you don't have the answers. Yeah. The second thing that I see a lot is women that are apologizing, apologizing.
For their emotions, their feelings, even things.
That are not even their fault. Like if somebody knocks into them, they're saying, sorry. I need you to stop saying sorry.
When you are saying sorry and you're apologizing, you are automatically putting yourself in.
The wrong when nine times out of 10, you're not in the wrong at all.
Why is that important?
That's important because that is just going.
To perpetuate and feed into a toxic.
And narcissistic guy's M.O.
To make sure that you are feeling.
That everything that you're doing is wrong and that you can't do anything right, which creates this power imbalance in relationships. So I want us to stop that. Stop apologizing. I know that sounds really bad. I know that sounds really impolite, but I'm going to need you to stop apologizing in love. Okay? I hope this helps you and follow for more.
If you want more tips on how to date differently to actually get a.
Different, more positive result.
