Short YouTube clip of dating coach Anwar (Amar) White explaining the 'Pavlov effect' applied to dating: using scent-based conditioning to create positive associations with a romantic partner. He recommends baking cinnamon or ginger cookies (not chocolate chip) to evoke masculine energy and avoid mothering associations, and positions this advice as one of many behavioral/biological dating tips he offers.

A dating hack. My mom told me that weirdly, oddly, stupidly worked. She said, when you invite a guy over, you should be baking cookies before they get over so that your apartment still smells of cookies.
Hey, girl. So this is actually from a couple of movies, because I said so with Diane Keaton and Clueless with, of course, Cher. As if this is actually 100% true. It's called the Pavlov effect, and it's really about conditioning, creating an association between you and a certain smell or a certain thing. It's almost like positive reinforcement with children or training dogs, which has a lot of similarities with dating and being in a relationship with men, interestingly enough. But here's the thing. I don't want you to bake chocolate chip cookies. I actually want you to bake cinnamon or ginger cookies, because that's going to bring out the masculine. If you bake chocolate chip, you're actually going to bring him back into his little boy state, and. And he's going to associate you with being a mom and mothering energy. And we don't need to feminize these men in dating anyway, because they're very much in their feminine energy as we speak. So do this, but do it with cinnamon and ginger. And for those that don't know me, I'm a dating coach. My name is Amar White, and I have a ton of tips like this to help you level up in love from a statistical, biological, chemical perspective. And if you want to learn more, book a call with me.
