A short YouTube video (Anwar White, uploaded Nov 9, 2023) using a Carrie-and-Big clip to introduce and define the concept BDB ("between date behavior"). The speaker argues that interactions between dates—how a man behaves when you're not together—are more predictive of relationship quality than the quality of the dates themselves, and urges viewers to prioritize BDB over the date experience.

I knew you would do this. I knew it. Carrie, I'm sorry. I am humiliated. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Come on. Carrie, wait. I'm sorry. Car. No.
So Charlotte's no in this clip. Always gags me, always gives me goosebumps. But the reason I'm making this video is because I always remind myself every time I see Carrie and Big on the screen together about this concept that I've coined called bdb. And the definition of BDB is between date behavior. So in the relationship between Carrie and Big, she was always hyper focused on the time that they had together while they were on the date. And so many women actually date this way. And I don't want you to date this way. I actually don't care what happens on the date. I want you to prioritize the BDB what happens between the dates, because that's what's going to actually give you a better understanding of if this guy is going to be a great boyfriend or not. When you are in a relationship with a man, 90% of the time you will not be in his physical presence. So you actually have to feel super connected to him while you all are not together. And that's why the between date behavior is so important when you're navigating dating. And in relationships, most women don't prioritize that. And because they're so hyper focused on the time that they have together and it's so amazing, they get enraptured by it all. I don't want you to date that way. If you want to learn how to date differently, definitely book a call and I can teach you how to do that. But ultimately, let me know, do you focus on the date or the bdb?
