Hey girl, have you ever found yourself in your friend group the only one that's calling, the only one that is making plans, the only one that ever reaches out? Well if that's the case I want to let you know that you may have an abandonment wound and part of having an abandonment wound is actually seeking out relationships with people that often will create distance or not reach out. This abandonment wound generally comes from our father and I can speak personally from this because my dad abandoned me in fourth grade and I was the one that was always reaching out to other people and nobody was ever reaching out to me. And then there was a level of resentment. When we chase what we are doing is actually chasing our father's love that was never given to us. So when you find yourself doing this in your friendships as well as your romantic life, I want you to know where that stems from. If you want to learn how to change it, reach out.
