Anwar White (dating coach) critiques common passive dating advice aimed at women, arguing it disempowers them. Drawing on 13 years of coaching experience and having helped thousands of women, he asserts that women who create and expect love ("heal and expect it") attain their relationship goals rather than waiting passively. He invites viewer interaction about prior experiences with this advice.

Okay, so this is the worst advice ever. And please don't give this advice. One, no one likes it and two, it's not true. What I know to be true is that when someone gives you this advice, especially if you're a woman, it's actually supposed to keep you passive and it disempowers women. It's telling you that don't do anything and things will happen to you. And in 2023, as a dating coach for 13 years, getting thousands of women into relationships, what I want to tell you is that the women that attain their love goals are the ones that expect it. The ones that create their love lives and don't just wait on their love lives. The realty, the real advice is heal and expect it. That is how you're going to get your love life. As I was saying before, I get women into relationships every week as a dating coach for 13 years and what I want you to know is that you can do this. Let me know in the chat, in the comments if you've received this advice before and how you felt when you received it.
