A short YouTube segment in which Anwar White defines "velvet rope spaces" as places where "not everybody can get into" (physical, mental, or emotional barriers) and gives examples of such spaces to meet men (museums, upscale grocery stores like Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s, luxury malls). He also briefly promotes his podcast, "Get Your Guy Coaching."

How do I think about this? I think about this as you want to meet men in.
What I call velvet rope spaces. Places where not everybody can get into.
Right. Whether it is a physical barrier, a mental barrier, an emotional barrier. Skay said. Anwar, you need a podcast. I have a podcast, girl. It's one of the top relationship podcasts in. In the US and in the world. It's called the get your guy coaching podcast. Check it out. Check it out. Yeah.
So what does that look like? What is a velvet rope space? Well, it's not Walmart.
I don't care how low those prices are, girl. We're not going to be picking up guys at Walmart.
Everyday low prices. Everyday low men. No shade. No shade.
So velvet rope spaces.
Museums. A lot of people are intimidated by museums, so you might want to go to a museum. You might want to go to an ups. More like an upscale grocery store. Like a Whole Foods or even like a Trader Joe's.
You may want to go to.
Maybe I'm so so on. Like, luxury malls. So for example, if you're in Atlanta, even though Lennox has an upscale mall.
Lennox Mall is wild.
If they have security guards that are checking if you have guns or not. This is not a place where you want to meet.
