Ashanti said how to gain confidence, especially with meeting men outside.
Perfect song. Listen to Khalees. Girl, you've got to figure out what your milkshake is, girl. And no shade. Some of us have sour cream.
What does this mean? This means that you've got to figure out what your groove is. Think about the times where you feel like you're on and who's around you and in what environment. So like, for me, my best friend, who I've known since boarding school, high school, when I'm with her, I'm at my best, my peak self. So some of the things that you might want to do before you go out, call your best friend or that person on the phone to get you already in that mood. Right. The other things that you can do is like pretend that person is there with you. Go to environments where you are already feeling on. I was talking to a client, she was saying, I really like galas, girl. We need to be going to galas every month then, right? Where are those places? And go to those places. The other thing is you're going to have to just be in your main character energy, which means that it's got to be about you. Yeah. Like, you got to be in the movie, girl. Your life is a movie and you got to be the star. No more funny best friend. No more side, you know, black girl, sidekick, girl. Wise counsel. No, you've got to actually be the protagonist, which means everything has to be about you. You talk to everyone. You listen. You are listening. Everyone is important when they interact with you because you're important. Yeah, many of us. And it feels really weird because a lot of times this world isn't necessarily, quote unquote, meant for us or feels comfortable for us. You're gonna have to like.
Like sometimes it feels like white spaces, girl. If it's all white, girl, pretend you're in heaven, girl, and you're a goddess.
