A short advice video by Anwar White advising shy, introverted girls to practice social interactions by starting low-stakes conversations. The speaker suggests practicing first with other girls (not as a sexual orientation recommendation) and with service workers and strangers in everyday settings—bartenders, waitresses, cashiers, coworkers—to build confidence and realize brief social interactions are not harmful. The guidance frames these interactions as practice and training.
