A short YouTube monologue (by Anwar White) responding to a question about difficulty meeting professional, career-driven men. The speaker notes that an estimated 10–15% of men make six figures (and roughly 2% for Black men), advises widening one’s search, and recommends venues such as conferences, networking events, professional-area bars/lounges, Rotary clubs, golf courses, and (increasingly) pickleball.

Singing therapists. I'm having a hard time meeting professional, career driven or stable careers. Any tips?
Well.
Here'S what I want to offer to you all. I think a lot of people, I think it's important to realize that 10, 15% of the population of, of men are making six figures or more. Let's just say 15. If you're looking for black men specifically, that number goes closer to 2%.
So one of the things that might be able to help you is by opening up your, widening your net.
That's one way. But it is harder to meet professionals that are stable, that are well to do, because if you look at the economy, there just aren't as many as one might think.
And many of those men that are well to do are already in a relationship or engaged or married. So in terms of tips.
Go to conferences, go to networking events, go to bars and lounges that are in professional areas.
Right. In financial districts. Also Rotary clubs, if you're in smaller towns or areas or counties, right? So like some of the cities in the Midwest might not have a financial district, but they do have a Rotary club. You want to go there, you'll want to go to a golf course.
And now pickleball is getting big. So I know it's skewing a little bit older these days, but it's actually becoming younger and younger. So actually think in like two to three years that'll also be another place to go.
