So when you're dealing with a wealthy man or you want wealthy men, one of the better things that you can do is talk a lot. But you have to have something to talk about and you have to be intelligent about it. Because a wealthy man is attracted to a woman that he can learn from. Because there are going to be many instances where wealthy men will come home and they will talk to you about what's happened at work and want to get your perspective. Not necessarily that they're going to take it all the time, but they're going to use that perspective into their decision making process.
