Set. What's your take on NYC men? The thing about men and NYC and D.C. and Chicago and even like San Francisco is like they're not settling down until they're older. A lot of the times before men would settle down in what I would call their second puberty, which is like between the ages of 30 and 33. But because those cities are very competitive and they're really expensive, so it takes them longer to have more discretionary income and self actualize through that that these guys are not really settling down until like 38 to 40.
Okay. So that's what I would say. It's for NYC men as well as DC and Chicago men and SF guys.
