Short YouTube clip in which Anwar White (dating coach for Black and Brown women) responds to a question from a viewer (Uche) about being tired of doing everything alone. He advises building a team, setting boundaries, and explicitly asking for help (phrases highlighted: "can you help me?" / "I need some help"). He contrasts this behavior with what he calls "white woman audacity," urging listeners not to self-sacrifice. The segment emphasizes agency ("be your own hero"), delegating tasks, and overcoming fear of asking for assistance.

Uche said Anwar. I'm tired of doing everything by myself. What kind of guy should I be seeking? Many of them. You're going to need a team.
The thing is. And you, y' all can start this right now.
A lot of people are looking for a relationship and a man to save themselves from their own life. You get to be your own hero or she ro and start creating and setting boundaries and letting other people do things for you without a man or without relationship. I think it's important to understand that, that you can. Whatever is on your to do list, you can have other people doing it for you, at least half of it. But y' all are too scared to ask for help. Every time I ask a woman what is, what is the hardest thing for you to say? It's not I love you. It's not I'm sorry.
It is always, can you help me? Or I need some help.
And when I tell you, because I am a dating coach for black and brown women, that white men, white women have this on lock, I'm not lying to you. And this is why I always say I want you to have some of that white woman audacity. Because you don't have to kill yourself.
You don't have to do everything. It has been modeled to you by your, our foremothers, our mothers and our grandmothers because they had to bend over backwards and self sacrifice for everything. But I'm sharing with you that you don't have to do that. You get to choose. You have options. I know it doesn't feel like that, but it's actually very true. So I want to offer that to anyone who needs to hear it.
