A monologue on light-skinned Black men and the overlapping privileges they hold: male privilege, attractiveness, and sometimes white privilege. The speaker argues this combination breeds entitlement and narcissism, especially when paired with racial trauma, and notes the effect intensifies if the man has a white mother.
Okay, Someone said, what's the tea on light skinned men? Okay. For those girls who are new here.
I've done a number of videos about this and a lot of people call me colorist and things like that. But there is really like evidence to understand why lighter skinned men are quite dangerous to be with. Okay.
Here'S the thing.
They have male privilege. They have quote unquote pretty privilege. And many of them have in the black community a white privilege. And so when you grow up with all of these privileges, there will be a sense of entitlement to anything and everything in their lives.
That. But the thing is they have that and they also have the trauma of a black man. That combination is deadly. It's narcissistic. Now it is 10x if he has a white mother. It's still shady and bad if he has a black mother. But she's going to try to temper that. But society is going to take hold of him and they're going to make him the prize. There are very few light skinned men that don't think that they're the prize.
