The host recommends Phyla Antwine, a New York-based coach who does deeper internal work. Most female coaches focus on internal work while male coaches emphasize external tactics. The host blends both approaches and plans to have Antwine on the podcast.
User3328 what other dating coaches would you recommend, apart from yourself? Great question. There's an amazing woman based out of New York. Her name is Phyla Antwine. She does deeper work. I'm actually gonna have her on my podcast in a few weeks.
So she's great.
I'm trying to think because.
It depends on what your goals are, right?
I know a lot of female dating coaches that are very deep into that internal work, and I know a lot of male coaches that are really deep into that external work. I think that the beautiful thing about the work that I do is that it's a mix of both we're doing internal and external work.
