I think that we can. Oftentimes when it's hard to get over someone, it's not about the person. It's about the idea that you had about him as well as the idea.
That you had about your life with him. Right. Please understand that no one can make you feel how you feel. It is a choice that you decide and create. You have to understand that however he, quote unquote made you feel, you can feel that way with different people and different experiences, that it's not hyper focused and based on him. And here's the thing. Your future husband will never be an ex, so he was never the one or he would not be your ex.
