Men aren't obsessed with women anymore and it's weird. Yeah, this is not weird at all. The reason why you have so many men that are focused on themselves and not women is because there's so much divorce happening, especially in the 80s and the 90s, that a lot of these men are used to women, their mothers self sacrificing and not having a lot of masculine love in their lives as they were growing up. How you need to navigate that in your dating life, since I'm a dating coach for smart and successful black and brown women, is to actually not do anything. I don't want you to call him, initiate any text messages. I want you to have him do everything for you and nothing for him. Yeah. That is how you are going to evaluate and actually filter out these guys. It sucks in your dating life because it's going to take you longer to find your guy. But please be patient and know that you're going to have to have a hundred conversations to find your guy. So when you come to me and you say it's as impossible get the hundred conversation first.
