We should be dating for love. If you're a black woman, that's how many of us get into very precarious and dangerous situations.
I think you need to date for safety. I think you need to date for physical safety.
And intellectual safety and emotional.
Safety.
And financial safety.
Yeah.
So date for safety.
Not love, and not survival.
