We do not.
Okay. You're actually in the real estate business?
Yes, sir.
Yes, I've heard real estate is a great business.
It's not bad.
Yeah. And the reason they don't make it anymore.
They don't.

So tell me, how are you? What aspects You've got three prongs to this approach to doing real estate?
We do. There are three vertically integrated organizations as you mentioned. Streamline Development, which is building and renovating properties Streamlined Capital Group, which is collaborating with investors both locally and nationally to acquire properties and Streamlined Asset Management, which is handling the day to day management of those properties.
That's great. You know, Mesa has been a great place to develop property, particularly in recent years. What are some of the the development projects that you've done that we might be familiar with in Mesa?
Well, Streamline Development built the Potato Barn on Rea Road. You were there for the ribbon cutting ceremony in 2019.
That's a beautiful building. For those of you, it's very, very unique.
At that time it was only the second building on Rea Road. Since then, I believe there's about 5 million square feet that has been built on Rea Road.
Yeah, I go to Rea Road it seems like every week for a new ribbon cutting or groundbreaking. That place is, and thanks to you people I think realize that's a great place to build.
In early 2024, we will be bringing another project on Rea Road to the city of Mesa Planning department, which will be the Knox area. It's a music venue.
Oh, yes. This is a big deal.
This is a big deal.
Yes.
It's planned to be one of the top 10 venues in the country.
And this is the same ownership as the Potato Barn?
It is, yes.
That's great. So this is actually a music venue?
Yes.
And what else? It's kind of think like Austin City Limits, kind of indoor, outdoor, cool, live music. That's my impression of it. Am I?
That is correct. It's going to be one of the top 10 in the country. It's planned to hold 2500 people.
Wow.
Yep. And it's going to be like nothing else you've seen before.
Yeah. When is that coming online?
We will bring it to the planning department in February for a May meeting.

Very exciting. So tell us about. So that's streamlined development, streamlined capital, streamline management need to say about those.
So Streamline Capital Group is in the process right now of purchasing a building here in Mesa on Power Road with local and national investors where we will actually put our corporate headquarters as well. Streamline Capital Group was formed in early 2023 with two business partners that are local here in Mesa as well, to offer investors a way to earn passive income on their investments. Take money out of the stock market, which is volatile as we see. Put it into real estate and let us handle their investments.
That's great. Passive. Anything that's passive, I think sounds really attractive. So that I'd love that. And then making Mesa real estate's been a great investment over the years.
It has, it has. I've been in Mesa for 11 years and I love this town.
Amen. And then management. You're also into property management?
Yes. So every property that we buy we take care of all the day to day management. Hed headaches that come with it.
