Okay, here's my 3-step framework on how I minimize responding to negativity, and if I have to respond, how I go about doing it. So I ask myself 3 simple questions. Number one, does this need to be said? So not if I want to say it or not, but does it need to be said? Because sometimes what's understood don't need to be explained. Number 2, does it need to be said by me? Because it might need to be said, but maybe I'm not the one to communicate to get the message across. And then number 3, if I determine that it needs to be said and it needs to be said by me, does it need to be said right now? Because timing is everything. And once you understand that, you will definitely get better At protecting your peace at all times, you'll quickly realize you don't have to stop at every barking dog on your day-to-day journey. Because if you do that, then you'll never really get to where you're trying to go. You know, I'm just trying to help you reclaim that personal freedom. Peace and light.
