All right, good morning and happy Friday. Just want to tap in for, uh, to share Friday's trading, uh, that's going on. And, uh, you know, it's crazy, this morning I woke up a little, uh, a little late. I usually up at like 5. I didn't get up until roughly to about 6:35, so I got up after the markets opened. So I didn't get down here to the computer till about 7 o'clock. And so when I got here You can see down at the bottom, uh, 7 o'clock, the market was starting to, uh, head in the direction that it's heading now. And so, you know, I just went and, uh, made my tea and said, you know, I'm gonna get a market time to do what it do. So, uh, when I came back downstairs, I seen that the downtrend was continuing, um, or the, the bears were in control. So I came in, I jumped in at $22.89. 0.6. I had my stop loss a few points back just in case it reversed on me so I can grab it. And so right now, again, this is very important to talk about the scalping element of being an EI day trader. So I got in at 2289. It is now down to 2285, which means it's moved about 4 points. What you want to do really quickly Is take your stop loss and you want to go to like 2287, right, real quick and capture at least 2 of those points. My goal every day is to try to get at least 6 points. Now the reason why we do that— this is the lovely thing about day trading, uh, the scalping strategy— because right now we just locked in 2 of those points. So you can trade as many contracts as you want. On the Russell 2000, I am trading, uh, 3 contracts at a time. What we do, we trade points, and each contract is worth a different amount. So for me, these contracts are $50 a point. I like to try to— I like to trade 3 contracts at a time, and I like to go for 1 or 2-point scalps at a time. So I came in at 2289. I locked in right now at 2287, so I'm going to follow this trade downwards. It's, you know, every time it goes down a little bit, I'm gonna try to capture some more of the points. Now it could be a little tricky because sometimes if you grab your profits too soon and the market reverses, it'll stop you out and you'll miss an opportunity. So I try to stay a little bit, a couple of points back, but that's up to you. You could have zoomed right in and grab all the points you can at one time. But when you see that the market is, you know, got a pretty good momentum and it's, you know, all the indicators are showing that it might still go— be going down, you just want to capture points along the way. Now it's at 2284. I already captured 2287. I'm gonna come down and get a little bit more of that now because that's a couple of points. So let me give you one more point up in here real quick, right? Boom. Oh, so it went 2023. So I'm gonna go ahead, I'm gonna go ahead and get a little bit more of this, right? So I'm gonna come back down and right there because I don't want to be too close because this trade is going kind of good. But you see it's starting to reverse, right? So that's a good opportunity to say, right? So that's why you go down and you capture points when you can, just in case the market starts to reverse. It doesn't mean it's going to turn all the way around, but if it does Now you hear that? That's called being stopped out. So let's see what the profits are. So that's $675 that I just captured. And let's look at the, uh, the activity. All right, so let's look at this. So I came into the trade at 2289, which was— was it 7:22? I got out at 2285, which is 7:30. So in 8 minutes I got $675. Happy Friday. So in scalping, and what do we do, right? Because we're everyday traders. The thing about being an EI day trader, you know, I'm not trying to go for the gusto. I'm not trying to kill it, right? My goal, I would like to make $1,000 a day, but that's just my goal, right? Yours might be $100 a day. Yours might be $10,000 a day. I figured when I'm trading, my thing is I'm going to go for $1,000. However, if I don't hit $1,000, $675 is good. Now here's where it really, really gets the things that I'm gonna teach you about, like the discipline and the emotional attachment to this trading, because it can get addictive and greedy. It's very easy to be like, well, I got $675, now let me see what else I can get. Now remember, we talked about we try not to mess up our first show trying to get some more. So I look, I look at this in my mindset. Instead of trying now to follow the market for the rest of the day, I have to decide, is $675 in 8 minutes good for me on a Friday? I'm gonna go with yes. So I am not going to take any more trades for today. I'm gonna go ahead and log my trade in. It doesn't matter what the market does. I got mine for today. You get it now? Some of you will play in the market for the rest of the day. This is the important thing about being an EI day trader, an everyday person that learns how to day trade leveraging emotional intelligence. You have to decide, right? Is it the money that you're after, or is it the freedom that you're after? So for me and my lifestyle, to make $675 in 8 minutes and be free from this for the rest of the day is a good move for someone like myself. Because the most exciting thing about me and with this trading is to be able to teach you a skill that you can use for the rest of your life. And you can trade from anywhere in the world, right? The comfort of your own home, or while you're on vacation, or while you're in transition. You could be waiting on appointments, you can be at the airport, you know, you could be anywhere, right? I've traded and made money anywhere just being by By being able to read a chart and understand when to get into a trade and when to exit a trade. And like I said, I woke up a little bit late. I got up, got my tea, came downstairs, recognized the trend, was able to tell by my indicators what's happening, caught that four-point scalp real quick. I'm done. Okay, and that's what I want to teach you. So so if this is something that you can get excited about, if you know people that could benefit from this, please make sure that you comment down below.
