All right, good morning, EI Day Traders. It is Friday. Happy Friday, August 26th. Haven't been able to trade all week because I've been having a heavy work week. I just stepped into the game and I was able to catch this downward bearish movement that's happening right now on the NASDAQ. I got in at 13,070. Well, it's already down to 13,000, so that's one big— I mean, I'm able to do a real nice scalp right now. So I'm gonna go ahead and scalp quite a bit of points in one swoop just in case it starts to turn around. As you can see, it's doing already. So I'm gonna come down to maybe 30 real quick and meet that halfway. And that was a nice drop right there. And so I did take one trade prior to this and it reversed on me and I was down a couple of points. So this will definitely break me even and give me some change. And now I'm gonna try to wait to see if there's gonna be a continuous push. You can see how large this candle was when it reversed off of the resistance level right here, and it just, it just turned around and started taking a dip. I've been really waiting for it to break the support because I noticed that it was kind of going downwards. When I looked at the charts, everything looked like it was going to be in the red. The first trade reversed on me. I was on the 6:50 candle. It started to go down, but it didn't hold below the support. So it reversed and I gave up a couple of points. And so now I'm going to see, um, you know, how much selling pressure is available. Um, and see, it keeps getting tight and fluctuating to where my stop loss is at. Remember when we go back and talk about, uh, unrealized profits? So I could close the trade right now and capture this and be done with it. Okay, that's always a decision. Or, you know, I can go back and start trying to capture as many points as possible, right? Um, before it reverses, right? And try to stay in the trade. And that's just always, you know, a personal decision. So I, you know, I'm at 13,020 right now. It looks like it wants to come back and touch it. And so I probably got, you know, let's see, Uh, 40— was that 40, 50 points? I was down 80, so I'm probably up about $400 right now. Let's go back and look. And I'm right, so I'm about $420. Let's go to activity. So I got— remember I told you the first trade was from 6:50 to 6:53? That one did not go in my favor. Turned around, got on my second trade from 7:01 to 7:05. So in 4 minutes, we're Was able to capture $420 for the entire trading morning, getting in at 6:50, being done at 7:05. So what do we have here? We have about 15 minutes of trading activity for $420. Now, the mindset of the EID day trader is to be satisfied with that. Also, the mindset is to trade the amount of contracts that you're comfortable with. So when you do capture your points, you feel Like you accomplished something. So right now at this moment, it is very— I am very much okay with shutting down the computer. I have one more training for the day. So, so, so this morning I have to be somewhere by 9:30. It's 7:06. I have time to cut the computer off and seamlessly continue with my morning while adding profits before my day gets started. That is the mindset, the focus, and the life of an AI day trader. Peace.
