Ei Day Traders

DB Bedford shows how emotional intelligence applies to day trading by setting a four-minute timer to find profitable trades. He walks through a live scalp trade that made $915 in four minutes, entering at 2146.60 and exiting at 2148 in a bearish market. He claims the method can be learned in five days.

Peace, fam. DB Bedford here, the EI Guy, bringing that emotional intelligence both personally and professionally. Listen, we at it again. Happy Monday, January 10th. Eat, sleep, trade, repeat, right? We're leveraging emotional intelligence in the financial markets. You know what I'm on? The time versus money challenge. What do I mean by that? I'm trying to get us in a position where we start thinking about how much time are we spending to make money. And the goal as an EID trader is to make more money in less time. So here we go. I want you— after this video is over, I want you to grab your timer. I want you to set it for 4 minutes. And again, I'm just trying to keep this in perspective. Set it for 4 minutes. I want you to use all of your energy and all your brainpower to figure out how can you actually earn money in 4 minutes? What would you do? How would you do it? Where would you go to get it? And in the meantime, I want to show you how in 4 minutes I was able to get $915. Check it out. It's about 6:34 in the morning, and, uh, you know, I, uh, you know, see the trend going down, so I'm gonna go ahead and, uh, grab me 1 point real quick just because that's what we're here for. Quick scalp just before, uh, it starts to do anything else. I just want to get ahead of the game, um, you know, in case it reverses or whatever. Nothing like starting off a Monday with a quick scalp. We see the overall trend is down. See the EMA is leaning. You know, this first candle was pretty solid. A little bit of drawback up at the top, but here's an opportunity for us to scalp some points. You know, we're going to take advantage of this bearish run that's happening. We have the MACD. You know, all the indicators are pointing down. You know, you have the histogram. You know, it's pretty strong downwards. We've seen that the overnight, you know, everything was in red. So it gave us a good indication that, you know, the way we wanted to trade, uh, was downwards. We probably didn't want to take a trade to the upside. And so, you know, it's at 2146 now. So we're just kind of just, you know, trailing behind, you know. So we're gonna go to 2148, uh, you know, just try to keep as many points as possible. Again, we just want a quick run. I mean, that's what we do. We like to get in and get out. Get on about our business for the day. So it's at 2145, so I'm going to come down to— let's go to 2146.60. Again, I'm just trying to stay 2 points behind. I mean, if this thing runs, I'm going to follow behind it. So at this point, I'm in a real— all right, so there's just when you think you're in a good position, the reversal. So let's go to positions, the $915. Let's go to activity. So we got one trade, got in at 6:33, got out at 6:37. So 4 minutes, $915. I'm done for the day. And just like that, the life of an EID trader. And I just want to show you how to do the same. You should join my 5-day trading challenge. I can actually show you how to do what I'm doing in 5 days. I can take you from where you are now even if you don't know anything about the stock market, and get you to the space where you understand how to take a trade. And you can do it whenever you're ready. And the beauty about this, this is a skill that you can use for the rest of your life. If you need more proof, go ahead and hit my YouTube channel up, EI Day Trades YouTube channel, and just go ahead and check out how I've done this time and time again.
