Peace, fam. DB Bedford here, the EI Guy, loving bringing you that emotional intelligence both personally and professionally. So today I want to talk about emotions and day trading. 2 key strategies as it ties to emotional intelligence when it comes to the stock market is your level of self-awareness and your level of situational awareness. These 2 elements, right, will help you make better decisions when it's time to day trade. Self-awareness, because you always have to be in alignment with your mood, your attitude, and your energy before you sit down at the computer. Now, situational awareness is when you're sitting down looking at your chart and you are very aware of everything that's going on, what they mean, so that you can determine when is a good time to get in a trade and get out of the trade so you can take small profits and move about your business. And if you wonder what I'm doing here, this is a campaign to get as many people as possible in the mindset to learn how to make more money in less time Using emotional intelligence. And on this beautiful day of manifestation, I want to show you how I brought in $1,615 in 13 minutes. And most importantly, I want to teach you how to do the same. Come on in and take a look. All right, good morning. It's about 6:47 in the morning. And when it comes to day trading and using our emotional intelligence, you know, the first thing we have to do is be self-aware. And that is really just being focused on how confident we are when we sit down at the computer. And then we start to look at the charts and look for opportunities to get in and take a quick scalp for points. And so right now it's at 2, uh, it's trading at 2003. I came in at 2000 even. So what I'm gonna do is take my first point. I'm gonna scalp it. This is what we do here in this platform because we are trying to take quick profits out of the market. And what I decided to do is get into this trade onto the upside. And so that is how quickly you can make quick profit when you learn how to day trade. And so if nothing else happens in my favor, I at least got 1 point for the day. But now it's trading at 2004, and so I'm going to go up to 2002 so I can get another point because we take quick profits out the market, okay? And then we get on about our business for the day. And so when I talk about, you know, being an EI day trader, the EI stands for emotional intelligence. It means to trade with emotional intelligence. Now we see that it's starting to break through my resistance line. So now we have some action here. So I'm gonna go ahead and grab as many points as possible while this is on the move. So it's at 2009 now. So I wanna go up to like 2007, right? I'm not gonna play with this. I'm gonna get everything I can today. You know, this trade is on the uptrend and I wanna capture all the movement. So right now it's at 2011. I gotta get more of this, right? So we gonna get our points quick because we never know when it's gonna return, right? So listen, let's go up to 2000, 9, right? Let's get as much of this as we can because we don't want to mess up our show money trying to get some more money. Oh, it's at 2013. It is a lovely day. Let's go to 2011 right now. Let's get as many points as possible because this thing is on the uptrend, but we don't know when it's going to turn around, okay? We just don't know. And when it does, we will already be winners for the day. Now, when this decides to turn back around, I'm okay with the day for for the day because I have already, uh, scalped more than enough points for the day. Looks like I scalped roughly about 11 points. Now the sellers are pushing the price back down, okay? The buyers were pushing it up, now the sellers are pushing it down. But this is a typical trading day, all right? So that sound right there means that the stop limit that I had set has now been hit. So now I'm up $1,615, okay? Okay, this is how we like to trade. Now let's go back and look at the trade. I got into the trade at 6:42. I took one trade and then I got out at 6:55. Okay, so that is a total of 13 minutes. In 13 minutes, I was able to pick up $1,615. And so it's pretty straightforward. That's how we are able to capture small profits in the market and then get on about our business for the day. Becoming an EIDay trader, it has a double benefit because it teaches about emotional intelligence, increases your personal development and your professional development, and it shows you how to understand the chart so you can make a sound decision on how to get in and get out and go about your business for the day.
