Ei Day Traders

A trader scalps the Russell 2000 from 2210.4 to 2217.4, capturing 7 points on three $50 contracts for $1,050 in five minutes. He takes incremental profits as momentum builds, exiting in chunks rather than holding the full move.

Happy Friday versus money challenge. Here we go. When this video is over, just as an experiment, and I really want you to do this. I know most people won't do it, probably think it's silly, but I'm really just trying to put things in perspective. I want you to set your timer for five minutes. Okay? I want you to set your timer for five minutes, and I want you to do everything in your power to try to figure out how can you make money before that timer runs out. And if the timer catches you and you haven't figured it out, then I'm just encouraging you to take a look at. The 5-day trading challenge so you can learn how to do what I'm about to show you. Well, this morning I made $1,000 in 5 minutes. I'm gonna show you exactly how I did it, and I can show you how to do it. Come on in, take a look. All right, good morning. It's about 6:43. Happy Friday to everybody who's, uh, tuning in. Just wanted to share my trade this morning. I jumped into this trade at, uh, 2210.4. Uh, right now we're at 2213, so I'm gonna go ahead and scout my first point. I'm gonna go ahead and grab 2 points while this thing's on the move. So I'm gonna go up to 2212.4 just to get the first 2 points for the morning so I could become profitable. I jumped into this trade because, uh, you know, I recognized that the momentum, uh, was starting to get a little bit, uh, going. I have my resistance line here at 2204. And I've seen it break through that finally and then close above it, which gave me the indication that this may go on a little bit of a bullish run. And so it's at 2215 now. I'm gonna go to 2213, just try to get my points along the way because, you know, we never know when this— when something wants to turn around on us. So I'm gonna go to 2215 real quick. And again, I am just getting the points as they are happening. I noticed this went on a quick bullish run and I just want to follow behind. So I came in at 2210, so I already got 5 points, which is pretty much a good start. And, you know, I seen the momentum happening and, you know, we are— we like to trade with momentum, take high probability trades. We want to take trades when they are already going in the direction that they're going. And we want to scalp, so we want to get points as they're going. You see I'm at 2215, it's at 2219. I'm not gonna hesitate. I'm gonna go ahead and grab me a couple more points. I'm gonna go to 2217.40. So I'm basically taking 2 points at a time because you never know when a run's gonna end. And if it ends, I'm okay with that. This is how we get those quick points in a short period of time, and then we get on about our business for the day. So we're not trying to be in the trade all day. We want to maximize the trade, want to get as much as we possibly can. Yeah. Day trading, we do just like that. So that was the reversal. Meaning to hit my limit order. Go to positions. And so what do we have? We have $1,050. Okay, go to my activity. I took one trade. These are the ideal trades from 6:41 to 6:46. So 5 minutes, $1,050. That's how we like to trade. Uh, today I was trading 3 contracts on a Russell 2000. Contracts were $50 each, so every point movement was $150. And it's just like that. $1,000 in 5 minutes. That's the life of an EID trader. And I'm proud to be able to show you how to do the exact same thing. I've put together a very simple, straightforward formula that I could teach you over a 5-day period if you're open to learning. We gotta get in a space where we learn how to make more money in less time. And if you wanna get more examples of how I've done this, head over to my YouTube channel and check out all the previous videos where I've showed time and time again how to take small profits out of the market. Market and get on about your business for the day. I'll catch you on the next one. Peace.
