In this motivational video, the speaker introduces a personal framework he calls the “KKK,” not the historical organization but an acronym for three progressive stages of knowledge: Knowing (awareness of a concept), Knowing How (the ability to apply the concept), and Knowingness (embodying the concept so it becomes second‑nature). He explains that mastering these stages is essential for personal growth, especially as viewers enter the new year. Using emotional intelligence as the primary example, he urges viewers to learn new concepts, practice them, and ultimately become the kind of person who lives them. A driving analogy illustrates the transition from learning the rules of the road, to passing a test, to driving instinctively. The speaker frames the video as his final upload of the year, reflects on the value of his past content, announces a brief content break, and promises exciting material in the coming year, ending with a hopeful sign‑off of “peace, light, and love.”

Okay, so I want to go in real quick on the KKK, but not the KKK you might be thinking about, not these guys. I'm talking about the KKK that you are going to need as you come into the new year. And what I'm talking about is the 3 stages of knowledge. No matter where you go next in life, it's going to be very important for you to understand these 3 stages of knowledge. So the first stage is knowing. You get introduced to something that you didn't know about at first. And like Biggie say, if you don't know, now you know. So if I give you some game on a piece of emotional intelligence that you didn't know about, now you are aware of this concept. The second stage of knowledge is knowing how. So once I give you the game on something, or once you learn about something, now you need to know what to do with it. So knowing how is the next stage. Then the third stage of knowledge, which is the most important one, is the knowingness, right? In other words, the being, the state of being. It's like once you get aware of something, then you start practicing it, then you start being it, it becomes second nature. And so I want you to understand this concept of thinking, doing, and being. Whatever it is that you learn and you take in in the new year and years to come. Now, I would like for you to practice this on emotional intelligence, all the stuff that I've been teaching you. Learn about it, do it, start being. It's kind of like when you first learned about driving a car, right? First you learned about the concept of driving, then you like took your written test, you learned how to do it, right? Then you start doing it And now driving is second nature. Like, you go get in the car, you check the mirrors, the gas, the radio, your phone, and everything all at one time unconsciously, right? You just do it second nature. I mean, sometimes you get in your car and you go to and from without having to think about it at all because now you are being, right? You're at a stage in your life now where you don't— you haven't learned how to drive, and it's not that you just know how to drive, you are a driver. Right? Because it's second nature to you. So this is my last video of the year, and my hope is not just this video, but every video I've shared with you all year has been useful to you in some way. I want you to think about the things that you have learned, that you do, and most important, what state of being are you in? Because that's important no matter what your goals are for the upcoming year. So with that being said, I'm taking a break in terms of dropping you new content through videos, and I got some exciting stuff to share with you guys next year. Peace, light, and love. I'll catch you on the next one.
