Let me give you a quick way to look at processing emotions through a concept called emotional digestion. And so when you think about your digestive system, when it comes to food, right, you eat something and then your body, right, starts to break down what you've eaten. It gives the nutrients from what you've eaten, puts it where it needs to be. Gets rid of the rest, right? Makes sense. And so when you think about processing your emotions, when, when something happens that you have to digest, I want you to think of it in the same, in the same manner. Let me take from this experience what I need, right, to make things better for me, right? Because when your, when your body is digesting food, it wants to extract the nutrients, the things that's going to make you Give you more energy, make you more healthier, you know, cure ailments within you. Well, when you have an emotional event, I want you to think about what can you take away from this event, good or bad, that can be helpful to you. And then once you get rid of the rest, right? So emotional digestion, taking in, right, what you can use and getting rid of the rest. And that way you don't end up with a bunch of emotional baggage day in and day out, and life doesn't start to get too heavy for you. So I want you to process everything that happens to you, uh, from here on out. And that is a real good way to practice emotional intelligence.

I was literally kicked off a Southwest flight before for being disrespectful.
