Peace, fam. DB Bedford here, the EI Guy, bringing you that emotional intelligence both personally and professionally. Listen, I want to give you something to think about. After this video goes off, I want you to grab your phone, go to the clock setting. I want you to set it at 8 minutes, and then I want you to push play. And then I want you to see how much money can you make in 8 minutes. Just want you to do that. Meanwhile, I'm going to show you how I just made $660 in 8 minutes. And if you are not making equivalent or more in the same period of time, then I think it's worth you taking the 5-day EI Trader Challenge so you can learn how to develop a skill that will allow you to make more money in less time. Let's go. Okay, so now it's about 6:53 in the morning. So I got in at $2,190. You see it's at $2,184 now. So I'm gonna go ahead and scalp a few points. Let's go 20— let's go 2187 and give it a little bit of room to breathe, right? Grab a couple of points and give it room to breathe. Markets seem to be selling off, uh, but it's selling off slowly. And so after watching a couple of candles and seeing like even with the middle candle it didn't get too much momentum going the other direction, I believe the opportunity to scalp Has arrived. And again, like a sniper, I wanted to get in on, on a candle that I believed I had a greater chance of grabbing a few points. And so, you know, here we are, you know, waiting for this candle to do its thing. The new candle has formed, and so it looks like it wants to reverse, but that's okay because we already grabbed a few points, right? And so if it doesn't, if it doesn't continue to go that way, We're not mad. I, I did grab 1 point, uh, before this one. And so, uh, when we're already profitable, you know, and the reason why we put those stops in place is so in case the market does reverse, we capture the profits that we have. And this is very, very important. And so, uh, you know, this is one of those quick trades. All right, so it got stopped out. And now captured a few points. I'm in and out, right? $660. How much time did it actually take us to do it? So we were total in the trade, totally, right, between the 2 trades, between 6:47 and 6:55, which is 8 minutes for $660. How long have I been at the computer? Like, how long have I been working? The market opens at 6:30. It is now 6:57. So for 27 minutes, I've been at the computer. Within that 27 minutes, it took me 8 minutes to get $660.
