Question for you: Are you a human doing or a human being? Now, the second part sounds like the obvious. Like, of course, I'm a human being. But I want you to really ask yourself because do you find yourself getting up and your day is driven, is pulled by task after task after task? Have you found yourself being like, okay, I got to do this, I got to do that, I got to do this, and that I got to. it's causing a little bit of stress, a little bit of anxiety, that is a clear sign that you are a human doing.
