The only reason why you are in conflict with someone is because either you or the other person won't surrender to an old belief. And it's a common belief that most of us have based on the way that we were raised. Just think about it. When you were younger, whenever you did something you wasn't supposed to, whenever you pissed your parents off, you were punished. There was some form of consequence. Well, what happens is that as we get older, we believe now that if somebody does us wrong in any way, they must be punished. They must have a consequence. So what that does, it doesn't leave room to seek understanding because you have an old belief system that automatically activates discipline. That's why when the EI Performance Coaching, I talk about your internal software and how you can update your beliefs, your values, and your life experiences. If you want to know how to wiggle out of conflict quickly, make sure you get that new interactive workbook, EI Performance Coaching, that's available now. If you want to hear me talk it through, I'll see you on July 30th at my 50th birthday book release party. Peace and light.
