It has once been said that emotions is energy in motion. And so every day you are responsible for how you act, no matter how you feel. And so one of the things that you want to do is you want to make sure that you are fully aware of the type of energy that you are carrying around throughout the day. And one of the ways to get into a positive state is to get in motion. is to gain momentum, because we all know what happens once you gain momentum. Then you are moving in flow in the right direction. So I got a meeting coming up soon, and I decided to get out and knock out about a 20-minute run. I never been in this area. I just got out and explored. And all while I'm jogging, I'm taking in the experience. I'm looking at things. I'm really literally stopping, smelling the roses. Metaphorically, but just meaning I'm taking the whole experience in. And now I feel much better than I did before I started jogging. Now obviously my mind, right, every time you're about to work out, every time you got to do something, sometimes you feel like, oh man, I got to do this, or I got to do that. You tell yourself you don't feel like it. But for me, maintaining an attitude of gratitude anytime I feel like I got to do something, I remember I get to do this, right? I get the opportunity to go out and jogging. So I'm gonna always maintain an attitude of gratitude, 'cause there's a big difference between a human doing and a human being.
