I'm gonna give you an EI tip that you should be thinking about, uh, because it's probably happening more than you know it. I like to say that there are people in your life right now that are operating on what I like to call stealth mode emotions. And basically, when something's in stealth mode, it essentially means that something is in secret, right? It's being developed in, uh, in a secret form, and they don't want people to know. And so people start to develop feelings about you for whatever reason, and they're negative feelings, and they don't want you to know, but they don't mind letting other people know how they feel. And so the reason why I coined that stealth mode emotion is to help you not be mad at them for what they're doing, but for you to understand that that's what's happening, and you can apply your emotional intelligence, and you'll probably start to look at that person or group of people Through a couple of lens. One, through situational awareness, understanding when to engage and when not to engage. But most importantly, through the lens of managing relationships, which teaches you to evaluate the people in your life and you accept them for who they are, but you place them where they need to be. DB Bedford, better known as the EI Guy. I got one mission in life, to help you never let your emotions overpower your intelligence. Peace.
