We are here at Generations Thrive facility participating in a series of discussions and workshops to uplift and empower educators and community leaders. Today, male educators are learning about their well-being, both personally and professionally, because emotional intelligence keeps you in tune with how you feel about the things that are out of your control. I see the program contributing to positive change because you're bringing a community of people together that are interested in the same thing. Which is their professional growth, but most importantly, their personal growth.
