I chose the name Workplace War Stories because I, you know, it's just quite often when I talk to, you know, family and friends, at some point there I hear a story about something they are going through at work, and it emotionally impacts them because they find themselves venting about the situation. And I also think about, you know, when I worked and, you know, in my career being a high-level manager compliance and standards supervisor, a frontline worker. Like, I heard tons of stories, and I have tons of stories myself. And so then I started thinking, how cool would it be to create a platform where people can unpack that emotional baggage from the things they experience in the workplace? So the goal of the podcast is to give people an opportunity to share these stories anonymously if they want to, or be a host on the show. And with my expertise as the EI Guide, I will give you— it's basically like a coaching session on how to either work through something that's already happened, prepare you to go to work the next day if you're currently going through something, or give you some guidance to be able to be prepared to handle future situations. This podcast is for anybody that's experiencing any type of workplace drama, any type of toxic interactions, any type type of situations that makes you feel at a disadvantage, or if you just found yourself not necessarily happy with your work environment. It's an opportunity to unpack that so you can move lighter. And I call it Workplace War Stories because if you're going to work feeling like you're at war with administration, with policies, with culture, things of that nature, then it means that you're not showing up every day in peace. And I want to show you how to protect your peace at all times and at all costs. The reason why I This is rated HD for healthy drama, because without a doubt, there will be a dramatic effect when you are communicating stories of things that happen. I call it healthy drama because although these are situations, we're going to communicate in a healthy way, right? We're not going to throw people under the bus and companies under the bus. We won't be messy, but we will help clean up some mess. And so my goal is to again give you an opportunity to unpack that emotional baggage, share some of the things that you've seen happening, Because not only will it help you, you have no idea who needs it. You know how we say on social media, I don't need— I don't know who needs to hear this. Well, I know people need to hear this, and I'm here for it all. So with that being said, please make sure you send me a message, an email, comment below, share this video. Let's get momentum on Workplace War Stories and make it the number one place for people to go to unpack that random ridiculous that's happened in the workplace. Peace.
