Some people will disappear from your life as the new year starts, and it's not about you. They're doing inner work and you're part of the changes they need to make. Life has seasons, and sometimes people who sat in the front row belong in the bleachers.
So don't shoot the messenger, but there are people in your life that are about to go ghost as this new year begins. And they wanted me to tell you that going ghost has nothing to do with you. It's all about them doing some inner work on themselves. However, they will be making quite a few changes in their life. And if you don't hear from them after a while, then it's safe to say that you are one of of those changes. And that's okay because seasons change. And when you practice emotional intelligence, you understand something called relationship management, which means there are times you need to manage the relationships in your life. Because quite frankly, we have some people that's sitting in the front row that actually needs to be in the bleachers.
I was literally kicked off a Southwest flight before for being disrespectful.
