Civilian intelligence is all about being able to be an effective communicator, especially when you don't feel like it, right? It's showing up, being respectful, specifically in tense situations. And so I want you to keep this in mind: the 3 Ts of communication. It's your tone, your tact, and your timing, right? Your tone, the energy you put behind the words that you're saying. Your tact, Is there any strategy behind what you're about to say? And timing, right? Is this the right time to say it? And I promise, if you manage your emotions through that process, you will be indeed practicing civility intelligence. Peace out.
