When people stop speaking to you at work

Have you ever been at work and all of a sudden somebody stops speaking to you or their energy changes around you like suddenly and you can't even really call the play? You don't even know what happened. Well, I learned a long time ago that people will get in their feelings for just about anything. And, you know, folks do not know how to use their words to articulate how they feel. So they do something that I have coined. They fall into what I like to call stealth mode emotions. Yeah, stealth mode emotions is when people get an attitude about something you said or did. They determine they don't like the way that you moving, and instead of having a mature conversation with you, they go into stealth mode and they stop speaking to you, but they tell everybody else about how they feel about you. This is the type of stuff that creates those workplace war stories. And I got a few of them to tell.
