The 4 Things I Look For In Great Clients #Shorts

It took us a few years to work out this framework, but we actually started to look at clients based on four criteria and grade them before offering them a service. So I call it the advertising core four. We looked at their product or service, we looked at their audience or their targeting. We looked at their offer, which is their messaging and creative. And then we looked at the funnel. We have a system where we grade each of those. So I'll give you an example. We took a client on in 2018 like this. They were doing about 2 million a year. E commerce website. They came in and we graded them. I think it was 16 out of 20 at that time. And within three months, we'd scale them to $7 million. They had the perfect ingredients. So it's the same as if you're a master chef. If someone gives you really bad ingredients, you could be the best chef ever. You're not going to make, you know, the perfect meal. So that's what I look at when I'm looking at prospects. How good are the ingredients that they're bringing?
